Returns and Refund Policy

How to return a product:

1. Please call us toll free at (866) 867-1593 so that we can assess the situation and reason for return. All orders that are being returned are subject to a 20% restocking or processing fee.

2. Package your product up in and include your order number, name, and contact information on a piece of paper inside the box or attached to the product.

3. Ship product to the following address USING UPS, FEDEX, PUROLATOR, or CANPAR DO NOT USE CANADA POST:

**Any duty or import charges that we incur from a returned product will be deducted from any potential refund.**  

 

Return Exceptions:

Some items cannot be returned or there is no physical product to be returned. In this event please call us toll free (866) 867-1593 and we will discuss return and refund options.

Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted as a return.

Restocking Fee:

All items that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping amount that was charged to you. Orders that are cancelled and refunded before being fulfilled will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
