The faster you receive your order, the happier you and your truck will be; Motor Ops recognizes the importance of speedy processing and shipping times. In most cases Motor Ops will have your order shipped and in transit to your location within one business day. In times of high order volume you may see a maximum of a two business day order processing time before your order is picked up by the selected shipping company (UPS or FedEx). We ship product Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.
If the carrier selected provides a tracking number the Motor Ops Shipping Department will update your order with the appropriate tracking number as soon as it is available. Upon a tracking number update you will be automatically emailed a shipment confirmation from our website.
The shipping rates provided on our website are generated based on the weight, size, and location that your order is being shipped to. Motor Ops provides the most competitive shipping rates available; in some circumstances we will ship large products (exhaust systems, twin turbo kits, ect.) from one of our warehouses closest to you. This is done in an effort to remain competitive and offer the best price to our customers.
Returns and Refund Policy
How to return a product:
1. Please call us toll free at (866) 867-1593 so that we can assess the situation and reason for return. All orders that are being returned are subject to a 20% restocking or processing fee.
2. Package your product up in and include your order number, name, and contact information on a piece of paper inside the box or attached to the product.
3. Ship product to the following address USING UPS OR FEDEX DO NOT USE CANADA POST OR USPS:

**Any duty or import charges that we incurr from a returned product will be deducted from any potential refund.**
Some items cannot be returned or there is no physical product to be returned. In this event please call us toll free (866) 867-1593 and we will discuss return and refund options.
Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted as a return.
All items that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping amount that was charged to you.
